Hey! We’re Jason and Lindsey.
And we’re always searching for the perfect cup of coffee. In fact, that’s how we met!
Lindsey worked as a barista in Tully’s across the street from Jason’s work nearly a decade ago. Jason would go in up to four times a day for his doppios to get him through his shifts (hence the name “Hello Doppio—what a meet-cute, right!?). We spent a lot of our dates at coffee shops around Seattle (and even ventured to Portland to try out the PNW’s best!).
We still enjoy trying out new coffee shops wherever we go and experimenting with different roasts and brewing methods at home. You could say the love of coffee runs deep in our home, and we want to share our favorites with you!
